With a Bachelor's degree in Small and Medium Enterprises Management from Damascus University, Zakaria has honed his skills in strategic planning, compliance, and operational efficiency. In his role as HR Manager at Heros Station, he has effectively designed and implemented recruitment strategies that attract top talent, while also fostering employee loyalty through innovative motivation programs, significantly improving retention rates.


As Chief Operations Officer, he oversees the company’s operational workflows, ensuring policies are effectively implemented and performance is optimized across departments. Over the past several years, Omar has demonstrated his financial acumen as the Finance Manager at Heroes Station CO, where he has been instrumental in maintaining the financial health of the organization. His responsibilities encompass providing detailed financial reports, advising on investment strategies, and leading the analysis of financial performance, ensuring that the company is well-positioned for sustainable growth.
